His company, which handles the production of labels for food, non-food and labels for a number of products, is not being able to perform services in time for partner companies, KTV reports.
He says that although he has not yet received an answer from Dogan, he is willing to offer financial guarantees, or even to pay off his obligations just so that he does not fail to fulfill his obligations long ago.
Mustafa has urged all institutions involved in this process to take measures to resolve even those dilemmas that may have come forward, as he has long been waiting for customs releases that make him equal to other companies in the region.
Business associations have been looking forward to a return to the agenda.
They demand that all issues be resolved so that companies will not be penalised with waiting for their goods at customs stations.
In Kosovo Customs, they have clarified that delays are linked to their assurances that imported material is inconsistent with the decision made by the government.
In fulfilling the decision issued by the government on October 16th last year and entering into force on January 1st of this year, it stipulates that the company should have the ATK's authorisation to delay VAT payment, then to ask Dogana for release from customs and excise taxes.
