Through a Twitter post, Hoxhaj has condemned Bosnian destructive statements to Kosovo's citizenship, which Hoxhaj said are being made to please Serbia.
Hoxhaj said such behaviour undermines good neighbourly and regional co-operation among Balkan states.
“Declaration of Bosnia's Foreign Minister to Kosovo, to please Serbia. Such behaviour undermines regional co-operation and inter-side relations in the Balkans”, Hoxhaj added.
Bosnia's foreign minister has reiterated that Bosnia will not recognise Kosovo's independence in an interview given to Serbian media.
