MP Bekim Haxhiu's PDK has reacted today after yesterday's PDK branch decision in Skenderaj that he and several other members be disfellowshipped. Haxhiu says the decision taken by Sami Lushtaku, head of the PDK branch Skenderaj, does not recognise him, since the party is in the process of election.
If someone's been prevented from listing me in support of Hero's son Hamez Yashhar, it's their case! Bekim's running for me (Hamez) The Yasar for the head of the Skywright municipality has been the greatest honour ever to the citizens of Sculeraj, and for me it was a privilege political commitment to his support”, says Kamishi.
Haxhi's full response:
Honored PDK facility in Skenderaj,
Dear fellow Christians,
Honored voters and PDK sympathies,
Regarding the alleged “decision of my” for my dismissal from the PDK Deputy Branch Speaker's position that the PDK in Skenderaj, I find it reasonable to explain once again that I continue to be MP and member of the PDK Parliamentary Group, member of the PDK Steering Council, headship and vice chairman of the PDK branch in Skenderaj.
As we already know each of us that the PDK has declared domestic elections and current structures are tasked only to convey these elections, ranging from the Sequences to the selection of delegates for the Party Convention, so the decisions of the groupings set for “exception”, <2> collapses” have no legal effect. We are all under new election process in the PDK, and our positions in the PDK structure will determine our voter.
Any other meeting called in haste and without prior notice, without even the agenda, is a meeting of individuals only of specific individuals and indiscretion of branch headship, and is in full opposition to the rules of the Statu and other party Act. The PDK is the political and voluntary party organisation and has its organisational actions on which it acts, aimed at co-operating with each other and other subjects in the interest of citizens. Hence, no one can download or exclude anyone, much less when there is no reason or basis. And above all, when you're the deputy to vote for three consecutive terms, you're a member of the Party's highest body, the GP tè The PDK and part of every body and representation of the Party.
Media statements for allegedly “division” of the branch are sensationalizing its type. How can the “be charged” The asganists have voted without the will of the Communist Parliament's Headship, when they have voted the very same thing with the PDK vote!
If someone's been stumbled by my formation in support of Hero's son Hamez Yashhar, it's their case! Bekim's running for me (Hamez) Yasar for the Speaker of the Sqaheraj municipality, has been the greatest honor to be given to the citizens of Sculeraj, and for me it was a privilege political commitment to his support.
If someone prevented them from being offered support to Bekim Jashar, with the aim of developing Scytheright, it is still a job and remains on their conscience. Instead, I think, just as a son or daughter of someone has a right to run and become MP or an asmblist, even young people like Fatbarda, Ilir, Dritone, Fatum and others have the right to give up their political thinking and attitudes, so their “execution” can only do their citizens with their vote. No one can deport “ ” people with high national values, such as: Sami Oruqi, Musa Fazliu and Azem Gashi, who are also the heads of the PDK's underseas elected by free vote.
I also want to point out that I haven't had anything personal and that my cooperation with the Branch Speaker. Lushtaku has never been absent, I have helped her whenever she needs to, even when she has health problems, etc.
I have respected the hierarchy of the Party at both the branch and the center. At the same time, all PDK structures and voters know that in the last elections I have publicly supported and lobbied for Sami's son, now colleague Mergim Lushtaku.
We have fought for Freedom and Democracy, thank God we've made it, and today there are rules in Democracy and we have to respect each other's opinions and decisions, otherwise we slide to the autocratic and lose the sense of political freedom.
Mr. Lushtaku was in bitterness, anger, and instigation of some people who, for lack of personal authority, hide behind his image. Such serviles harm him and the Party, thinking of it as “BABA” of the party.
I am proud that for three mandates as deputy with initiative and financial support, I have built seven homes for needy people, I have given 50 scholarships for students, and I have helped every citizen anywhere I can. My work is valued by all PDK membership, not only in Skenderaj but throughout the country!
The elections in the party are open and free, each has the right to choose and to be elected, but by respecting the will of membership and democratic procedures. The race is won by vote and lobby, not with intrigues and lynching!!!!
I will continue to remain loyal to PDK voters and to good priests in the domestic elections!
Yours,
Bekim Haxhiu
