Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has said neither EULEX nor UNMIK can decide whether Serbia can be involved in the investigation into the murder of Oliver Ivanovic.
“Juridision for investigation in Kosovo has Kosovo, Kosovo institutions, in fact for direct requests EULEX and UNMIK have no authority to grant such authorisation, so there is no such competence for them, the only ones who have competencies for such authorisation are Kosovo institutions”, Haradinaj has said, broadcast Periscopi.
He has clarified that Kosovo has only been asked to recover information concerning investigations
