Exultive: Not only Fino-Duka, another official candidate for FSHF leader

When it takes weeks to hold elections for the head of the Albanian Football Federation, another rival has been added to candidates Bashkim Fino and Armando Duka.

The Panorama Sport” learns that former Judge Salvation Hala is the official candidate for the head of the FSHF. He was nominated by the arbitrator association. Hala is remembered in the sports environment as the judge who gave up his profession because of racism. He had been a judge in Italy for six years, arbitrating mainly in the lower Italian categories, but who, due to racism and verbal violence exercised, was forced to abandon that profession and return to Albania by practicing the journalism profession.

Earlier the former judge applied in the federation to be part of the arbitration as an observer or even a literal judge, but has not been accepted.
