At the conference where Luka has made contract a thousand pages for the construction of the “New Kosovo”, signed in December last year between the Government of Kosovo and the American company “Contour Global”, has not been able to show how this contract will affect citizens' bills. According to him, it will depend on credit interest that will be taken for construction, but also on the level of net losses.
According to him, the actual cost that would raise the bill is difficult to determine.
“They will become financial models to see what the cost will be, but I believe that if from today to the implementation of the KED project increases investments in the network and reduces all possible losses, it cuts off all the illegal connections that are on the grid where there is tremendous energy loss, with the new thermal power plant there won't be absolutely an increase of energy price”, Luka noted.
