Elshani says he, Maliqi deserve invitation from Kosovo national

midfielder Qemail Elshani said Tuesday about “The new age” that he and Behar Maliqi have deserved an invitation from the choice Muharrem Sahiti for the friendly match to Azerbaijan.

goalkeeper Faton Maloku, defender Ahmet Haliti and striker Mendurim Hoti have been invited from the Fernikli team.

Kosovo's football national will hold friendly matches with Azerbaijan in Antalya on 2 February. On the national list of this match, temporary coach Muharrem Sahiti has invited three football players from the Fernikil team: Ahmet Haliti, Mendurim Hotin and Faton Malokun, but the renowned midfielder Cemail Elshani is convinced he and Behar Maliqi deserve it.

“Having been a collaborator in several years Behar Maliqi, I believe he has had to cool off for giving too much of Kosovo football both with his character in the field and with personality outside the field. As for myself, in the last three years I have won the Kosovo Cup and I have success in continuing, but I am of the reconciliation that if the selection is correct, no interventions, then I just have to work and achieve more success”, Elshani told “New age”

Later, the distinguished Fernikol team midfielder has said that, if this match is won, it will be a good alternative that technical staff can invite football players to the next match.
