The Kosovo government during the first hundred days of governance has named 69 deputy ministers, who devote Kosovo's budget to millions of euros.
The whole situation, created by analysts, is considered as comical and tragic.
Analyst Imer Mushkolaj says the large number of deputy ministers has created a ridiculous situation.
While he said Haradinaj before becoming prime minister said a deputy minister is enough at a government dictatorship, in a ministry, respectively.
Now with his arrival at the head of the government, according to Mushkolaj has named five and six deputy ministers to the minister-designate.
Mushkolaj said that there can be neither effective nor serious work with 70 deputy ministers, with hundreds of advisers and regulations changing, which only allows for increased number of advisers.
And that this Haradinaj approach, according to him, is totally wrong, which is more hindering than helping.
Even the analyst, Behlul Beqaj, stressed that a black spot on this government is the large number of deputy ministers.
Asked about this large number of deputy prime ministers, Ramush Haradinaj did not speak of the large number of deputy ministers, but said two have resigned already, citing MP Muharrem Nitay, who has been Deputy Education Minister and Brahim Mehmetajn, who has been deputy minister in the KSF, while now has been appointed director of a Directorate in Pristina municipality.
Otherwise, the number of 69 deputy ministers costs Kosovo's budget 79 thousand and 350 euros a month, or 952 thousand and 200 euros a year after they receive 1150 euros in gross monthly salary. /21Media
