Dugolli, who is the dean's wife of the philosophical faculty, Bujar Dugolli, had applied in the latest UPP competition to be elected to the post of assistant professor, writes Koha Ditore.
The Council of the Faculty of Construction and Architecture in February 2017 had proposed to the UPP Senate to choose this candidate in the position she had run. The Senate had refused her choice in this position, which was then headed to the Education Inspectorate.
