In a Facebook post, Moliqaj has said convicted MPs defended the Republic of Kosovo, when it was endangered by Zajednica and demarcation, writes Periscopi.
This is the full response:
The parole sentence of nearly 5.5 years of deputies Albin Kurti, Donika Kadaj, Faton Topalli and Albulen Haxhiu is just as unfair as absurd.
It is unfair because these MPs defended the Republic just when it was endangered through Zajednica and Demarkation.
It is absurd, however, because the Constitutional Court itself estimated that Zajednica conflicts with dozens of articles in our constitution. On the other hand, the new state commission proved the agreement on Demarketing wrong.
In our country today, those who defend the country are being arrested and punished, while they are bringing to freedom those whom we see every week in front of international newspapers while talking about crime in Kosovo.
But that should change soon. Because Kosovo must develop and move forward without crime and corruption.
