The Court of Arbitrazhi in Paris in 2016 found that Kosovo's Ministry of Internal Affairs had committed legal violations due to delays in paying off millions of passports tenders, on which it had been imposed by the Teçia Court, paid the Austrian company a million compensation.
Otherwise, representatives of the Austrian company OeSD years ago have been involved in the biggest scandal since the postwar in Kosovo.
