Syla, through his defence attorney, during the hearing held Wednesday, has requested Mikila's expulsion with the argument that the same was judged at the Special Court.
Thus, he feels that a fair trial is at risk, as there is no guarantee that Mikila will be present at any session if he begins his work soon as a specialist.
