I consider that as long as the government, institutions, ministers, municipality chiefs go to work with vehicles they've never taken the temptation and found solutions to help out in the issues of a cleaner environment and at the same time in citizens, we'll pay the price of experiments “So by any option citizens are paying! My idea is that what it would be like if a single institutional day were to be deprived of the right of free movement and they were trying chaos, problems of running routine and maybe when they themselves suffer, they would find a solution faster!
