So this trial has not yet been initiated, even though several sessions have been scheduled. One was scheduled to be held in 2016 and three in 2017.
Three times the hearings have failed because the State Prosecutor had failed to meet the conditions for holding the session. The last time in May 2017, it appeared that the first session was held after it managed to read the indictment, but the Court of Appeals considered it illegal and turned the procedure into zero.
Since May last year when the last hearing that Appeals considered illegal was scheduled, the Court has not yet scheduled a hearing.
