One study suggests that people who can barely sleep at night are at risk of complications in the heart.
The data released by more than 14 million patients found that those who often wake up at night have 26% high opportunities to develop irregular heartbeats.
Teams from the University of California, San Francisco and the University of Michigan, also discovered that people who suffer from insomnia had 29% opportunities to be affected by the atrical quake.
Scientists suspect that sleep breaks increase stress in heart rooms.
