Macedonia's government promised we won't vote for Kosovo membership in U NESTO, but still we will wait, Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq said in an interview for RTS, in the journalist's question about the crisis in relations between Macedonia and Serbia.
“won't be new if Macedonia and Montenegro give positive votes for Kosovo's entry into U NESCO, they also voted for Kosovo's independence”, Vuciq said, adding that this issue will have a powerful impact on Serbia's relations with these neighbouring states.
Vuciq added that it would be easier to convince any distant state to vote against Kosovo's entry into U NESTO rather than Macedonia and Montenegro because, as he said, these two states are under the influence of someone more powerful than Serbia, like the US and EU states.
