His coach, Nick Littleheils, has shown how the method he's applying helps real Madrid star to be always at its peak. Rule number one is Ronaldo sleeps five times a day, in each case 90 minutes.
Littleheils think that sleeping eight hours in a row is far from natural and causes you to lack productivity from one o'clock to three in the afternoon. These are times when the footballer can be on the field with his team and if he's not in shape, it would be a big problem.

So he has established this new gamer regime, which has asked him to recommend how to get the maximum out of the daily routine so that the body is always in shape.
According to what Littleies indicated about the “The Independent”, Ronaldo applies the following rules.
- Five sleeping sessions from 90 minutes each during the day.
- He sleeps with new sheets every time
- Bed to sleep in fetal position, knees on the side
- An hour and a half before he goes to bed, Ronaldo sees no screens, whether he's a cell phone, TV, computer, or tablet.
