The prisoner in Dubrava set the room on fire

The KMDLNI reiterates the requirement for the necessity of building a hospital for treatment of persons deprived of freedom under institutions that are responsible for the Kosovo Correcting Service and the Health Service of Prisons, which would have sufficient professional frameworks and conditions for handling cases described as serious.
