The branch of the Democratic Party of Kosovo in Pristina has just filed a lawsuit in the Special Prosecution against Pristina Mayor Shpend Ahmeti.
Also co-ordinated are former urban director Lieburn Aliu, former director of municipal Inspectorate Sali Zyba, and Finance Director in Pristina Ismail Cocaj, Koha Ditore reports.
The indictment, according to PDK Secretary in Pristina Bujar Cakoli, has to do with construction permits which, according to him, have been illegally handed over and against any urban norms and urban regulatory plans.
In the indictment the PDK has indicated that even former organisational Vetevendosje Secretary Dardan Moliqaj has been introduced in the quality of the leader of all projects that have occurred in Pristina, in terms of construction, even though he is not part of the Pristina municipality.
The PDK last month had indicted the rule of Shpend Ahmeti for the illegal employment of around 500 people in the municipality administration.
