Milaim Zeka is a serious insult to the Parliament, and here's what Kadri Wessel does

Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselin has halted Milaim Zeka's words, saying he will not allow family, human and legal insults, as only for power was we ashamed before citizens.
