Why are Bulgarian President Rumen Radev and his wife, Desislava Radeva, so gloomy in the picture with American President Donald Trump?”, asking Bulgarian portal “frognews.bg”.

Frognews and other Sofia portals note that “distributed yesterday [on September 20th 2017] by the [Bulgarian] presidency demonstrates a completely different mood in both couples.

Turns out this isn't about any protocol. In Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama's photo with the American head of state, there is a completely different attitude, a smile, which is in line with the expectations granted to leaders of countries from around the world”.

Even comparisons are made regarding the US and NATO's access by the two Balkan countries, though Rama strongly criticised Trump during the election campaign:
