Kosovo's <x)

In March of this year, a 36-year-old tense Kosovar had attacked without ax at random passersby at the Dusseldorf Station in Germany. On that occasion he had caused injuries to eight people, four of whom had suffered serious head injuries, writes rp-online.de. Then he was gone [...]
Then he had fled and jumped out of a bridge, falling in the street, with what he had suffered serious injuries. He was indicted for attempted murder eightfold but now does not receive prison, broadcasts albinfo.ch. Kosovar is expected to be sent to a closed-type psychiatric clinic, where it will be kept for a long time.
This measure of punishment has been pronounced after the prosecution considers that the person living in Wuppertal, the crime, has been committed to an acute prenoid schizophrenic disorder. For that reason he does not carry criminal responsibility but continues to be dangerous to the circle.
His trial at the Land Court in Dusseldorf will be held this week.
