On October 1st, circulation on train lines in Kosovo -- even in part -- is expected to resume, officials in the Ministry of Infrastructure confirm.
Cutting off these lines is due to a lack of financial means, which has had to be secured by the Government of Kosovo.
Infrastructure Minister Pal Lekaj has confirmed to Political Journal that the launch of the train circulation will begin tomorrow (day).
I can confirm that tomorrow at 4: 00 p.m. and that we will be together officially to resume the flow of train”, said Minister Lekaj.
The flow of trains on regular lines had been suspended since August 2nd.
Otherwise, railway infrastructure in Kosovo continues to face a poor situation.
