Djuric warned that the free movement agreement has been violated with this move, and everything agreed on about that kind of activity, while Serbian Minister Sarcevic called their ban an uncivilising behaviour and strange action, stressing that from the checkpoint they have returned to Serbia as the “were the latest smugglers”, writes the Serbian portal Blic, broadcast “Zeri.info”
Sarcevic and Djuric were detained at the Jarinje crossing point on Rashka Street Leposaviq, because they had no police permission to enter Kosovo.
Kosovo police said Sarcevic and Djuric have returned to Serbian soil because they have not implemented the specified procedure, under which each Serbian official should receive permission to enter Kosovo.
Sarcevic and Djuric had planned today at the Students Centre in Mitrovica to open the Institute for Health Care of Students of Pristina's parallel University. / BOY-
