Yevtic was appointed deputy prime minister in the Haradinaj government after the party he represents, the Serbian List, reached a coalition agreement with the PDK, AAK, NISMA and AKR.
The Serb List member had served as minister for Kthim and Community for three years in Government Mustafa. It was during this period that the prosecution had filed the indictment for “the misuse of official task” against it.
Former Prime Minister Isa Mustafa had declared that in his cabinet, people who had filed charges would not serve, but the former head of government never dismissed Yevtiqi.
