Krasniqi has said the large number of ministries is the extension of the Kosovo citizens' budget.
“Yes, I initially, since the release of the election result I have been for a comprehensive government, that at least for a comprehensive two-year government, in which all political parties would participate, would choose some themes described as the topic of national interest, make it a trivial electoral reform because with this electoral form, there will always be a problem in Kosovo forming a ruling coalition. While in a governing coalition there are many parties as there are in this coalition, there is always an opportunity to ask as many ministries as possible to accommodate people. Government is not taken to comfort people, government is taken to govern and serve citizens. Politics is to serve citizens. The creation of many ministries means spending Kosovo's citizens' budget, not budget orientation in development segment. In the future it must be political responsibility of the major parties to make coalitions even in order to reduce government cabinet”, Krasniqi has said in an interview for Periscope.
