Haxhi Shala's wife working in PTK made serious legal offenses with wiretapping (Photo)

Photos published in the media were taken by Angjelina Shala's Instagram, the singer who lives in Germany, who over the photos that looked close to Kosovo deputy had written boyfriends, broadcast Periscopi.

Immediate was the MP's reaction to a loving relationship with him, Haxhi Shala, who called them speculations, media reports.

Asked if he knew the singer in question, he said that those photos taken with him may have been taken in political activities, because he, according to him, takes many pictures of his supporters, even though most of them do not know them.

Even though the singer who published the photos has the same name as MP Shala, the singer, says he has no family.

Later, the singer herself reacted, and she published the pictures. In a proposal for one of the media, Shala said she had previously been in love with Kosovo deputy, while then because of his wife and children had been separated. But they were reunited last year, probably when the photos were taken, which this one published on the social network “Instagram”.

She even indicated that the Kosovo MP had promised to separate from the woman to marry her. But for him all this was a trick, so he had decided to publish the photos so that everyone could see.

After the statements, several conversations were published in the media in which Shala's associate was threatened by the MP's wife and son, who, based on conversation, were aware of the husband/father's relationship with the singer from Germany, since their relatives had not been short.

In one of the conversations that Shala's family had with the German singer, they had informed her that they were familiar with all their relatives, and that they have overheard all their conversations, Periscope broadcasts.

This wiretapping, Haxhi Shala's wife says she did it, since she works in the mail and has access to it.

But, under legislation that is in effect in Kosovo, surveillance through mobile operators is prohibited, except by the Court's order.

Article 4 of the Law Nr. 05L-030 for E-communication No wiretapping, either with individuals or operators, is prohibited, without a court ruling.

The legal answer is considered only the one for whom a legitimate order was issued by the competent court to authorize wiretapping”, said in this article.

Lawyer Arianan Koci has told Periscope that by recognising the legal and technical functioning of wiretapping, it is not possible to monitor conversations by unauthorized persons, even if they still work in PTK.

“We have not seen these messages. There is only one statement from PTK's employee, that she has read her husband's phone communications. Knowing the legal and technical functioning of wiretapping, I think it's not possible to listen to conversations from unauthorized persons, even if they work at PTK”, Koci told Periscope.

He further declared that such a thing happened, then the case should be investigated.
