Haradinaj said Kosovo dares not have dialogue only for leadership, but dialogue should also be done for the people and internal dialogue is very important.

As for the Kosovo Army, Haradinaj said it is a serious mobilization for Kosovo to join NATO, and that this necessarily shows the military must become. He said NATO membership brings other social benefits, etc.
