Finance Minister Bedri Hamza, in the debate area in Klan Kosova, has promised that the war-torn categories will receive all payments due to the law.
He has declared that the country's budgetary balance expects it to remain positive at the end of the year, but that it will not be as high as it has claimed to be its predecessor.
If we take out the total money for the war-prohibited categories on the road to Skopje, for other obligations from judicial decisions, banking balance will be positive, but not 467m euros. I expect balance at the end of the year balance to be in line with the arrangement and at the level acceptable to protect the country from certain dangers.
