Many girls come only out of touch and come with a lot of embarrassment and ask to shut up. There are different cases. That way they either come to the hospital or various clinics in Shkodra or Tirana and ask for the shutter. Often these girls come when they are about to have an engagement or when their family is allianceing them. They're asking no one to know they're closing in on a doctor. Fewer times these girls come along with their mothers, and it is mothers who pray that their daughter will be silenced again without anyone knowing.

In some cases operations are difficult because of various complications, but there are even times when intervention is not difficult.
