The 35-year-old woman spoke in the Assembly about an activity to support agriculture and village, while her demands for the government were very simple: roads, water, schools.

Rigerta's simple and full thrill of daily life with difficulty in the village has shed tears at the audience, many of them foreign officials. Regerta Lok's speech does not need many words, as she has told it all, but who is the former resident of “La Sapienza” that left Italy to return to her homeland in Mirday.

Rigerta Locke has studied political science at the prestigious university of “La Sapienza-s” in Rome and specialises in international relations. She returned to Albania years ago, but despite her schooling, the municipalities in Rubik and Rreshen did not accept her, while asked her to rank politically.

Rigerta refused to be caught by politics, but together with her husband decided to open a farm in the village of Prosek, in Mirday. But even though it is only 6 miles [6.5 km] from the city of Rreshen, the road to the village of Prosek requires more than 40 minutes in a high vehicle, as the bad road cannot pass other vehicles.
