According to the media reporter, Guillem Balague has discovered Barcelona's first three bids have been rejected in less than an hour.

“Leverpool has not negotiated and set no price for the player. All he has done is reject three offers for less than an hour”, writes Balague.

He doubts the blaugrans will make the fourth and final bid, as he knows Liverpool's answer.
