After breaking the record, the astronaut returns to the ground

Astronaut, Peggy Whitson has returned to Earth after completing a record flight that ranks him first for staying in space.

Dr. Watson has been off the planet for 665 days, writes Abc.net, broadcasts Kosovo Clan.

She's been on a 288-day mission alone, becoming the first American to do so, but also the only woman in the world.

She has also set other records during her orbit on the world's oldest astronaut by 57 years and the most experienced space walker, with 10 Sish.

She has become the first woman to have twice run the space station, including that of November last year.
