New research has come to the conclusion that this does little good to mental health.
A Study Published in Psychic NNET has found that hiding a secret can increase anxiety and negatively affect a person's social behavior!
A team at Columbia University surveyed about 600 participants and found that more than 96% of people kept secrets, which were sentimental nature, namely, the most harmful secrets to the human brain.
