The attacks have injured six fighters from the Syrian Democratic Forces, the coalition consisting of a majority Kurdish and Arab coalition fighting a US-led military coalition. The United States and Russia support separate offensives in Syria's multilateral conflict, with both sides advancing against the extremist group, the Islamic State, in the eastern region, bordering Iraq, Rel writes.
