After Albin Kurti and Donika Cadaj-Bujupi failed to appear in court, Judge Becir Kaluldra issued the ordinance for forced behaviour.
Coalition MPs PAN Blerta Deliu, Bekim Haxhiu's Flora Brovina, had to testify at today's trial session of four of their colleagues from Vetevendosje for tear gas activated in the Parliament.
Only Albulen Haxhiu and Faton Topalli came to court, while Albin Kurti and Donika Kadai-Bujupi were absent.
Neither was MP Flora Brovina present who also witnessed. Judge Bekir Kalludra said that all were regularly invited and, according to him, have not justified the absence.
Today's “Session is postponed because it cannot be continued”, Kaluldra said, setting the session postponed on October 10th. Kalundra then issued a warrant for the forced conduct of Albin Kurti and Donika Caday-Bujupi in court.
Vetevendosje's four deputies are accused of using the weapon or dangerous means and obstructing the official person in carrying out the official task.
Albin Kurti has also missed other hearings of this trial, while Judge Becir Kaluldra has issued a warrant for arrest, which he had suspended at the time of the elections because Kurti was a candidate for Vetevendosje prime minister.
