In addition to political subjects, the CEC has published the names of candidates for mayors of Kosovo, the indexonline reports.
What is seen on the list is that along with contestants representing their political subjects, there are 11 independent candidates aiming to sit in the municipality's first chair.
The CEC has declared itself ready to realise these elections, as they are considered even fair.
Central Election Commission spokesman Valmir Elezi has told Indescline that the CEC is making all preparations so that the day of the vote can go smoothly.
Otherwise, the election campaign for local elections in the country is expected to last a month.
Local elections come a few months after national elections, which has not yet resulted in the formation of leading institutions.
