Vetevendosje Movement parliamentary group chief Glauk Konjuca during his speech at the Kosovo Assembly has said there is an appeal for all.
He has invited the deputies present in the hall to engage in forming institutions on the basis of election results.
He has also had an invitation for the PAN coalition.
