The LAA Coalition ( LDK-AKR-Alternative is preparing to address the Constitutional Court in connection with non-participation at the coalition's constitutional session PAN (PDK-AAK-NISMA) and for non-representation of the candidate for senior parliament by the latter.
But this LAA initiative is still not known if it will support the “vendosje”, with the argument that the Constitutional “will be able to complicate things even more”.
However, constitutional experts have praised for the paper “Voice” that the Court can give only a theoretical opinion on the issue, and the choice of the head parliament does not link with the answer the Constitution will provide.
According to them, the coalition PAN if he has the votes he can elect the Speaker of the Parliament, despite the delay in answering the Constitutional Court.
