This is Vetevendosje plan for action after the August 24th session

For the sixth time in a row, yesterday the constitution of the Republic of Kosovo was failed, since the coalition, which, according to the Constitutional Court ruling, has the right to propose the candidate for Parliament, did not do so by openly acknowledging that it does not have the numbers, writes Periscopi.

Vetevendosje and coalition deputies LAA have continued to be determined not to vote candidate Kadri Wessel, but have said if they have said PAN presents the name of another candidate for chairman of the Parliament, then the possibility to vote will be considered.

That's what the deputy from Vetevendosje, Faton Topalli, said today.

He said that, given the serious situation in the country and wanting institutions to be built as soon as possible, they could vote on a candidate, among the PAN candidates for Parliament Speaker, but this should not be deputy Kadri Wessel.

I think that this attitude of ours is far beyond the narrow party interests and at best in the interest of functioning of the” institutions, Topalli told Periscope.

According to him, the problem is that PAN has internal crisis and therefore no proposals are being made.

So the internal differences in PAN are causing the Assembly to remain hostage to persons with close personal ambitions”.

And after that created situation, Topalli hopes that the LDK and its partners will co-operate with the VV to collect 61 signatures and get the Assembly out of the blockade.

After the PAN Parliament blockade, much depends on LDK whether institutions will be functional soon, or the PDK will be left indefinitely, and at least by the end of local elections, to keep the country without a functional Assembly.
