A few years after the end of the war in 2004 The Kosovo government under the leadership of Prime Minister Agim Ceku had built over 200 houses for Serbs, but the latter never settled in these houses, but as such, they started selling them to Albanians. The value of selling these homes is very different from city to city, since in some countries residents pay 600 euros per bear, in other countries it exceeds 2,000 euros.

Shefki Bekteshi from the village of Majuni in Vushtrri bought the house from the Serb who was also responsible for his father's death.

Bekteshi after giving the money for this house understood the seller had been the person who beat his father to death during the last war in Kosovo.

But what happened after the Serb finds out who was selling the Bekteshi house brings his confession.

The murders, massacres and the entire genocide of the Serb conqueror was exercised against Albanians in the last war, with about 200 houses built for them, across the territory of Kosovo.

The 2004 government, led by Prime Minister Agim Ceku, had built several houses for Serb returns to Kosovo.

Not wanting to return to Kosovo, they have decided to sell these houses to Albanians.

Shemsie Maxhun is the other Albanian who had bought houses from Serbs.

While the then council member for the construction of these houses brings details about building these houses.

In Majuni, Vushtrri, 37 houses were built that have now spent 13 years from that time, but in these houses no Serb has returned, despite the fact that they are legitimate owners of them.

Such homes are also found in Ferizaj, but the price of selling these houses differs from those in Vushtrri.

While for a land bear in Vushtrri they pay 500-600 euros in Ferizaj buying a land bear is worth 2,500 euros.
