Kosovo police on Friday 11 August have arrested two members of the staff manager “Zone” in Pristina. That's because these guys haven't implemented police orders on official duty.
Kosovo police had waited three days to announce the action undertaken at “Zone Club”, when, through a press release, stated that the two people arrested at the night club in Pristina had been brought to “an arrogant way with a police unit”.
“During the operation police units are faced with non-co-operation and arrogant behaviour on the part of two suspected persons who have been escorted to the” police station, Kosovo Police reported today, Insander reported.
But, one of the owners of “Zone Club”, Dekorem Sahiti, has told Gazeta Online Insander that Kosovo Police arrested two people from the business manager staff, only to justify their failed operation.
The police have given a rationale only to make it completely wrong, as was the entire operation”, Sahiti told the Inseder, until it said that the Kosovo Police statement about the “Zone Club” raid has been contradictory.
Sahiti says the two members of the “Zone Club <ubx1> staff have been beaten by police until they were carried into the official persons' vehicle. But, he says the entire staff of the nightclub had received police units well on Friday.
For Sahiti these police actions are abuse of official duty and that for this management of “Zone Club”, as he claims, a lawsuit is being prepared.
Among the three thousand people who hurt my business and entered me with special units, and finally nothing... shame for the police, shame for the court, shame for all”, is said Sahiti.
Meanwhile, on Saturday the next shareholder of “Zone Club”, Petit Kllokoqi, has accused police units that conducted the raid at his Friday shop for misusing official office. Even Klokoqi claims that police actions were illegal.
Because we are all equal before God and the law last night, some members of the Kosovo Police misused the official task by acting illegally towards the Zone management, staff and clients, and therefore we will exercise our legal right”, Klokoqi said.
