Less than 24 hours after a couple from Kansas exchanged wedding rings and promises that they would be together until death separated, their life was cut short in the middle after the vehicle they were traveling with crashed into a tree, reports “Daily Mall”.
The deadly accident occurred around 18.30 Saturday near Clearwater.
The driver, 30-year-old Austin Wesson, immediately lost his life at the scene. His 19-year-old wife, Rebecca Bouma, died at the hospital on Monday at 12: 30.
Bowma and Wesson were married last Friday in Sedgwick Basque.
According to authorities, the cause of the accident is suspected of losing control of the vehicle.
They had met earlier this year while doing volunteer work in the hometown of Wesson, South Africa.
The young men were engaged in June, and on Friday they were crowned into a civil marriage as they planned to hold the wedding in September.
