The Arsenal earlier turned down Chelsea's offer of Chamberlain, follows Express. But Blues will try to transfer it again.
According to The Sun, Chelsea is willing to offer Arsenal 35 million pounds (38m euros) to Chamberlain.
Chamberlain, who has contracts with Arsenal by the end of this season, also wants to be transferred to the champion of England.
