Kosovo is on the verge of the constitutional and Assembly session, it will be held tomorrow, while no coalition or party has publicly announced it has secured the necessary parliamentary majority.
The new MPs, writes B92, will take the oath in a completely unpredictable political situation, broadcast news.net.
The process will be very difficult and there is the possibility that negotiations will drink, while Kosovo will go to early parliamentary elections.
Serbian Blitz, says coalition PAN, or the war coalition, did not secure the votes needed to form the government, as in the June 11th elections of 120 seats in the Parliament has won only 39.
