Former International Civilian Representative's Office official in Kosovo, Andrea Kapusela, said EULEX has kept silent about crime at the helm of Kosovo and that its mistakes allowed the installation of <x0 criminal plant” in Kosovo

Capusela, who from 2008 through 2011 worked at the International Civilian Office in Kosovo, said the effect of EULEX in Kosovo is devastating, a situation worse than before this mission came.
