Serbia's defence minister, Aleksandar Vulin, has told Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu that Serbia's principled position is that even further remains militarily neutral, Serbia's state television reported last night, RTS.
Volin, on a two-day visit to Russia, has talked with Russian colleague about co-operation in the field of defence and military industry, on an army base near Moscow.
“Until Vuciq is supreme commander of the army and president of the Republic of Serbia, and I am defence minister, Serbia will not be a member of NATO, of no military alliance, as if we will not impose sanctions on the Russian Federation”, Volin said.
He also stressed that Russian warplanes of the type, MIG, arrive in Serbia according to plan, by the end of this year.
