Finally, it is scientists who have experienced this fact because of a study.
After an experiment where people were deprived of sleep for about four nights, researchers came to a number of conclusions that show the importance of sleep.
People involved in the study were taken away from their blood samples every morning to assess mononuclear blood cells (PBMC).
These blood cells play a key role in the immune system and the ability to combat infection.
The results showed that only one night of partial sleep deprivation activates changes in the PBMCs structure.
In particular, these structures consist of an increasing accumulate of damage that eventually stops or breaks the cell cycle.
Biological aging is classified as the degree at which cells and organs get worse and our body loses certain functions. By damaging the cells, sleep deprivation can cause deterioration, and aging will occur much faster than it would if sleep became complete.
So be careful with insomnia, and sleep at least eight hours. This will keep you young and aging will be the most beautiful “ ”
