According to the Spanish newspaper AS, Belgium's promoter is under consideration by Real, after viewing him as an ideal substitute for Danilon, who went to Manchester City.
Meunier, 25, joined the French giant only last year by Club Brugge for seven million euros and is linked to the PSG by 2020.
Reali coach Zinedine Zidane has concerns about his protective options, and his agents have offered Meunier as a solution at a reasonable price.
An agreement for Maunier would satisfy Real's fans, with the Belgian involved and blocked that all Barcelona players on social networks last season.
