The Kosovo producers' club expresses concern about the treatment of products '%Made in Kosova' on Albania's market. The production sector in Kosovo is the main generator of economic development and employment, and as such is the most strategic sector that will empower Kosovo's citizenship. Therefore, disrespecting interstate agreements as well as blocking products in Kosovo's markets is damage to Kosovo's citizenship.
The Kosovo Producers Club is an organisation that is constantly working on advancing and increasing trade exchanges between the two countries. The main goal of the KKP is to promote products ʹMade in Kosovo. Taking into account that the KKP works in protecting the interest of Kosovo producers, we publicly seek to stop blocking Kosovo's products on the Albanian market.
It is meaningless that several years during the season the potato will be blocked through unfair tariffs, it is meaningless that Kosovo's beer for tax evasion is accused in the peak of the tourist season.
These actions are simply a means of pressure to reduce Kosovo's export to Albania.
We believe Albania's institutions have noted progress and, to some extent, are implementing laws and regulations in force, but there are still cases where Kosovar producers are being damaged due to negligence or blocking by different interest groups. We strongly believe in the functioning of the free market, where above all consumers decide on quality and price. Competition cannot be damaged by violating the rules of the free market, slandering and producing facts.
The Kosovo Producers Club appeals to Albania's institutions to deal with Kosovo products in accordance with the rules and to apply preferential procedures, taking into account the strategic and national interest trade exchanges between the two countries.
This consumption should be based on the high quality of local products. However, the awareness of citizens for the consumption of local products is the process that should never be stopped because this process has no political overtones, no institutional or religious overtones, but it has individual overtones but of common interest. Each of us is responsible for supporting products in Kosovo, not harming them by our actions.
Attacking products in Kosovo for the only purpose, harming the political opponent is ethical, unfair and extremely harmful to the future of the Republic of Kosovo. The image of these products is the most hard - to - do and unspoiled work of workers and owners.
In recent years Kosovo and Albania have seen increases in trade trade trade even despite major difficulties.
So we like Club, appeal to stop attacks on Kosovo products because that way we don't contribute.
